The first active passive house project. Designed to be net zero energy, with living materials, and GeoAlchemy design.

The design features chemical-free wood siding, wood fiber insulation, natural wood floors, earthen plaster walls, and natural stone tile. Living materials that breathe with the home. 90% of the structure will break down and compost or recycle.

Harmonic proportions, sacred geometry window grids, a stone obelisk, and a moon-gazing pool activate the space with the power of nature. Enhanced mental clarity, emotional well being, creativity, and intimacy.
